Organic Single Estate Olives
Miquel's is made from organic arbequina and picual olives that are grown 100% on our family's grove in Mallorca, Spain.

Small Batch Harvesting
We harvest only the best olives from the groove and utilize small crates to minimize damage to the fruit and keep oxidation to an absolute minimum.

Pressed Within 12 Hours
After the harvest, we strive to press our olives in 12 hours or less in order to obtain absolute freshness. Can you smell it? ;)
