Coca De Trampo


-1 cup of extra virgin olive oil (8.5 oz)

- 1 cup water (8.5 oz)

- A large pinch of salt

- Flour (approximately 4-5 cups)

- 1 onion

- 3 green peppers

- 3-4 large tomatoes, chopped


1. Dice the tomatoes, peppers and onions and season with saltand olive oil. Set aside.

2. In a bowl, combine the water, olive oil, and salt. Add the flourone tablespoon at a time until the dough becomes soft and easyto handle. (The dough is just right when it doesn’t stick to thebowl)

3. Grease a thin baking pan and, using your fingers, spread thedough into a thin and even layer.

4. Spread the vegetables on top of the dough.

5. Bake in preheated oven at 350ºF for 35 - 40 minutes. TheCoca is ready when the edges are golden brown.

Baking timemay vary depending on the oven.
